For more information, see Creating a Position Indicator.

b) Position indicator at securities account level

  1. Company code, ID number, Securities account
  2. Enter

Other entries in both cases

  1. You can change the data in the General data and Additional classification (German regulatory reporting) areas.
  2. The Delete function is only active if the data can really be deleted. And this is only possible if flows do not yet exist in the securities account.
  3. Save the data.
  • You can only use the function if you created the position indicator manually, and neither planned records nor actual records exist for the class in the company code (to change the position indicator for the company code) or in the securities account (to change the position indicator for the securities account).
  • The moment flows exist in the securities account, you cannot overwrite the account assignment reference. If you want to do so, you must transfer the positions using the Balance Sheet Transfer function.
  • If you want to maintain position indicators for other securities account positions or company code positions, choose Other position.
