Use

You can create, change or display a settlement unit. Below is a description of how to create a settlement unit.

Prerequisites

You have already created a participation group of rental objects, for which a service charge settlement has to be carried out.

Specify rental objects participating in the service charge settlement

Assign participating rental units

Edit Participation Group of SU

Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Choose <detail>; Detail to go directly to processing of the selected participation group.

Define settlement variants

Settlement Variant tab

Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Apportionment Units to display and change the measurements of the settlement unit. You can also define the purpose of the service charge apportionment. Then choose Copy.
