Editing Settlement Units

You can create, change or display a settlement unit. Below is a description of how to create a settlement unit.

You have already created a participation group of rental objects, for which a service charge settlement has to be carried out.

Specify rental objects participating in the service charge settlement	Assign participating rental units	Edit Participation Group of SU Choose Choose <detail>; Detail to go directly to processing of the selected participation group.
Define settlement variants	Settlement Variant tab	Choose Apportionment Units to display and change the measurements of the settlement unit. You can also define the purpose of the service charge apportionment. Then choose Copy.
Release settlement unit for account assignment	Cost collector pushbutton or Flexible Real Estate Management ® SCS ® Master Data ® Settlement Unit ® Generate Cost Collector	Generate cost collector
Display evaluations
Display costs posted to a settlement unit	Extras ® Postings Overview	You receive a basic list for further processing.
Display documents (line items) for the settlement unit	Extras ® Detailed Statements	You can display the following information: Document overview, line item Real Estate object master data, G/L account, customer, vendor Real Estate account assignment Place the cursor on a line and choose the function you need.
