Maintain Rules for Revenues Increasing the Budget
Use
A
Distribution Rule serves to define for a revenues FM account assignment and a fiscal year the level at which and for which functional areas (expenditures-FM-account assignment) the expenditure budget can be increased according to the Additional RevenuesPrerequisites
You have executed the following steps in the Funds Management Customizing:
Expenditures FM account assignments, which you assign to a revenues FM account assignment, must be budgeted for so that postings to these expenditures FM account assignments can be taken into account by the availability control. For more information on this, refer to
Distribution Rule.Procedure
The screen Change revenues increasing the budget appears.
This takes you to the screen for defining the additional revenue. The rule defined in Customizing appears as recommendation value, which you can overwrite. For more information on defining additional revenues, see
Distribution Rule.Result
The system does not automatically increase the budget when you post revenues. For this you must start the programs RFFMUD11 and RFFMUD01 after each other. The program RFFMUD01 increases the expenditure budget for the specified expenditures FM account assignments in accordance with the rule defined by you.
You find a current overview or which revenues FM account assignments have rules maintained in the Funds Management information system under Report selection ® Master data indexes ® FM account assignments ® For revenues increasing the budget

Since the program RFFMUD11 only determines the amounts for the budget increase of the individual expenditures FM account assignments, but the budget increase is not executed until the program RFFMUD01 is run, changes to the percentage rates, which you execute between the two program runs are not taken into account.
