Displaying Statistics for Distribution

Use

The Statistics function (under Distribution in Proposal Pool Administration) enables you to display the statistics for all automatic distribution runs during a specific time period for all source and target language combinations available in the system.

Prerequisites

To display statistics for automatic distribution in Proposal Pool Administration, you need to have value 4 (Coordinator) assigned to area Proposal pool maintenance in your translator profile. For more information, see Creating Translator Profiles.

Procedure

Call up transaction STMA.

Choose Distribution ® Statistics.

The Distribution Parameters for Evaluation Runs screen appears.

Select the Time period for which you wish to display the automatic distribution statistics.

Result

The system displays the statistics for distribution as follows:

The statistics for distribution are displayed in alphabetical order, first according to source language, then according to target language.

The small green squares indicate the number of further levels of information available. If you click a single green square, for example, the system will break down the distribution statistics into the values for each individual date on which automatic distribution has taken place.
