IMSS notifications

Purpose

Generate notifications on starting, returning and modifications to the integrated daily wage for the Social Insurance administration.

Requirements

Having made the settings for the additional company data.

Having made the settings for the Social Insurance master data. Check that the legal representative exists and is contracted in the system, with the necessary information, and also with the identifier for the Federal Contributors Register (RFC) in the Data ID infotype (185)

Procedure

START

When an employee enters the company for the first time it is necessary to perform the following steps:

Generate the hiring event for the employee.

Generate the Integrated daily wage process.

RETURN

When the employee returns to the company after having left, you need to perform the following steps:

Generate the event for the return to the company

Generate the Integrated daily wage process

WAGE CHANGE FOR IMSS

There are different factors that can cause the employee’s contribution base wage to change, such as:

Wage change
Change to organizational unit
Increase in seniority
Minimum wages

You need to perform the following steps in order to make the notification for the IMSS

Generate the Integrated daily wage process

When you want to generate the official and AFIL data medium formats, you need to delete the notification date from the Integrated daily wage infotype (0372), This is possible using the report ‘Delete IT notification 372 (integrated daily wage)’ (HMXCDNT0).

Result

During the generation process for Social Insurance notifications the following formats are obtained for IMSS starts, returns and wage changes:

Official IMSS-AFIL report (Data medium)
