Printing From the Pull List 

Use

This procedure describes how to proceed if you wish to create and print a list of component requirements and replenishment proposals in the pull list.

Prerequisites

You must access the pull list for the desired components so that the missing quantities have already been calculated. For more information, see Accessing the Pull List.

Procedure

  1. Choose Pull list ® Print.

    2. The system displays the dialog box Print List Selection.

  2. Now define the type of list to be created:

You can restrict this selection further by selecting specific total requirements beforehand in the pull list, then choosing For selected reqmts totals in the selection dialog box.

The system then prints all of the total requirements or only the selected total requirements, depending on your selection.

You can restrict this selection further:

The system then prints only the details for the selected total requirements.

The system then only prints the requirements details that are displayed.

Select at least one of the details displayed in the lower table, and, in the Print list selection dialog box, select both Only selected elements and For current selected reqmts total.

The system then prints only the selected requirements details.
  1. Choose Continue.

    2. The system creates and displays a list based on your selection criteria.

  2. You can now select a different display variant or sort and filter the list as required.
  3. Choose Print.

Alternatively, you can dispatch the list either as fax or as mail.

Result

This list gives you an overview of the components required at the production line and the corresponding replenishment elements and can be passed on to the appropriate warehouse personnel for physical transfer of the components to the issue storage location.
