Purpose
This procedure describes the entries required and the different possibilities available for accessing the pull list. The aim is to select the requirements that exist at a particular time.
Process flow
Alternatively, you can access the list in the main menu of Production Control, under Goods movements.
The system now selects using these parts.
Only the relevant fields are displayed in the tab pages.
Selection by order
By selecting by assembly, you select all dependent requirements which exist for this assembly.
Here, the system selects all requirements that exist for the selected sales order.
In this way, you can select the requirements for all planned orders assigned to a specific MRP controller.
Here you select all requirements for a specific run schedule header.
Here you select all requirements for a specific production order.
Here you select all requirements for a specific planned order.
In this way, you can select all the requirements which exist for this production line. That is, the requirements of all the orders which are assigned to this line.
Selection by requirement
In this case the system only displays requirements for the component you select.
For example, you may choose to display components with missing quantities only in the pull list or, using the indicator Take all requirements into account, you may define that the system is to include the requirements of all orders that influence the missing parts situation. If this field is not selected, the system only includes requirements for the specific order that you entered in the missing parts calculation. Here, you can also define whether your components are staged at storage location level via direct stock transfer, or using stock transfer reservation.

You also define whether the system is to save a complete log of all the messages and whether this log is to be displayed automatically.

Result
The missing parts corresponding to your selection are displayed in the pull list. Replenishment elements can now be created for these missing parts.
The pull list is displayed in various views depending on whether the components are staged using KANBAN, WM, direct stock transfer or stock transfer reservation. That is, there is a display for each replenishment variant.
If you have made no user-specific settings regarding the order of the individual columns in the pull list, they are displayed in the default order. The data is displayed in order of importance.
Any user-specific data you enter, or administrator settings that you save, are specific to the view. You must make settings for each view. You can, however, still switch to the default settings for any session, as required.
