Controlling the Print Procedure

Use

You can define the settings for the print function in the initial screen of the pull list.

Integration

You can forego the interactive print in the pull list by predefining what you want contained in the print list. From the pull list, the system then prints the corresponding list as soon as you choose Print without you having to redefine the settings. Here, the system uses the parameters of the user defaults.

Even if you choose the automatic print option in the background, the system uses your settings. For more information, see: Dialog Control.

You can also predefine the Global settings.

The contents of the print list. Here, you can choose between requirement totals, requirement details and replenishment proposals. If you do not make any preliminary settings for the print list, you can also define any necessary print settings later immediately before printing using the Interactive print list selection.
