Constructing Indexes 

To construct an index:

  1. Choose Index.
    The Direct Access dialog box appears.
  2. Choose Construct Index.
    The Archive Management: Construct Index screen appears.
  3. Maintain the variants, the archive selection, the Start Date and the Spool Parameters.
  4. Choose Execute.
