
The postprocessing program performs housekeeping functions on the data in the database after the archiving session without accessing the archive file. Postprocessing is usually not necessary.

You can only use a variant in one job. As long as a job with this variant exists this variant cannot be used in another job -- even if it has already run successfully.

The Archive Directory pushbutton enables you to establish how much free memory space there is in the current object-specific archive directory.
