Define Document
Profiles
In this IMG activity, you define the document
profiles for your batch records. In document profiles, you specify:
- Which of the document types defined in the
standard system you want to use in your batch records
- How the documents are prepared for output.
This means, you specify their contents and layout.
In the overall profile, you will later assign
these document profiles to the materials for whose batch records you want to
use them.
If you do not define document profiles for your
materials, the system uses all document types for your batch records except
for the user-defined data. The standard forms and print programs are used to
prepare the documents.
