Working on an Issue Assigned to You 

Procedure

If you have been assigned responsibility for an issue, you can navigate to it in one of two ways:

    1. In the Q&Adb, select the Issues substructure.
    2. On the upper right screen area, select My Open Responsibilities.
    3. On the lower right screen area, select the relevant issue and open the Issue Editor by double-clicking a field in that row.
    4. You can edit an issue as follows:

You cannot edit a closed issue at a later stage. The date you set the status as Closed appears as the Resolution date on the Issues tab.
