Linking to Related Documents 

Purpose

You can link from issues to documents that contain background information or that describe the approach adopted to resolve the issue. You can store all documents that are related to an issue in the Documents substructure of the Q&Adb.

Process Flow

  1. Select the Issues substructure.
  2. Open one of the views on the upper right screen area.
  3. On the lower right screen area, select the relevant issue and double-click to open the Issue Editor.
  4. Select the Documents tab.

    Managing Your Documents. Display any fields that are hidden by dragging and expanding the right edge of the screen.
