If you wish to edit collective lease outs, refer to

Depending on the parameter setting in Customizing, you can assign the number of the lease out either externally or internally.
Use the Copy from... function to copy the data of an already created lease out into the new lease out. You can change and adjust this data for the new contract.
If you choose the Conditions field, the adjustment data is also copied since this data is treated as conditions.

Convert currency on a key day |
Choose Convert to call a dialog box which displays the converted amounts in the currency of your choice on a specified key date. When you set the currency once, the settings remain valid for subsequent processing. If conversion to the euro has not been carried out, the first currency to be displayed is the euro. If you have chosen another rental collateral than cash deposit, the bank details for business partner 0636 Bank for deposit in group box Place of deposit is filled (choose Partners to create data). To enter additional rental collateral, choose the icon beside the rental collateral field. If you have not entered anything in the Guarantor field, the master tenant is automatically the guarantor of this collateral too. You can also assign another business partner as a guarantor using the Guarantor function. You can only use the partners assigned to the lease out as guarantors. |
