Scheduling Data Maintenance  

Use

In the resource, you can enter data to be used in scheduling.

Prerequisites

The capacity data for the resource must be maintained.

Activities

You determine the scheduling basis. To do this, you enter the capacity category and the capacity key, whose operating time is to be used for scheduling. This can either be a resource capacity or a pooled capacity.

You enter the formulas for calculating the execution time.

If you do not enter a formula to calculate the execution time, the system sets the duration of the operation to zero and thus does not include it in the processing time.
