Testing Formulas  

Use

If you have assigned formula keys on the Scheduling, Capacities and Costing tab pages in resource maintenance, you can test the corresponding formulas there.

Procedure

  1. Select a formula key and choose Formula.

    2. The Test Formula dialog box appears.

  2. Enter the test data for the formula parameter.

    3. If you use your own fields in the formula, enter the field name, the values, and the units.

  3. Choose .

Result

The system tests the selected formulas with your entries and displays the results of the calculation.
