Definition

Work clearance management object in work clearance management. The work clearance application represents the safety certificate especially for lockout/tagout.

It is used to control maintenance processing with lockout/tagout and groups together operational work clearance documents. These are controlled and monitored by the work clearance application.

Use

Standard Model

In the standard model, a work clearance application is used to control communication between orders and operational work clearance documents. Through its direct assignment to the orders, the work clearance application controls the status "Released for execution" in the order.

Enhanced Model

In the enhanced model, a work clearance application is used to control communication between work approvals and operational work clearance documents. It is subordinate to the work approval.
