Deleting a Storage ConditionIf you no longer need a storage condition, you can delete the storage condition from the stability study. When you delete a storage condition, all references to this storage condition will be deleted from the stability study (no record of this storage condition will appear in the document flow).
Note
If you want to eliminate a storage condition for future tests only , you can deactivate the storage condition . This will prevent the system from creating any further calls for this storage condition. You can, however, reactivate the storage condition at a later date, if the need arises.
Make sure the following conditions have been met:
The physical sample for the storage condition has the status CREATED (that is, the physical sample has not been stored)
The storage condition is not assigned to the testing schedule.
Note
If the storage condition has already been assigned to the testing schedule, you must delete the storage condition from the testing schedule before you can delete it from the stability study. You can do this by means of the follow-up function Change Testing Schedule .
From the
SAP Easy Access
menu, choose

The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.
On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose
Enter
.
The screen for changing the stability study data appears.
In the action box on the right side of the screen, choose the follow-up function
Delete Storage Conditions
.
A dialog box for deleting the storage conditions appears.
Select the row(s) in the table that contains the storage condition(s) you want to delete.
Choose one of the following options in the dialog box, depending on how you want to proceed:
Delete Storage Condition, Save/Exit Notification
Delete Storage Condition, Save/Change Notification
