Processing the Testing ScheduleIn this procedure, you assign an inspection plan to each storage condition or item in the testing schedule.
You have created the testing schedule .
From the
SAP Easy Access
menu, choose
.
The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.
On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose
Enter
.
The screen for changing the stability study data appears.
In the action box on the right side of the screen, choose the follow-up function
Edit Testing Schedule
.
A dialog box appears prompting you to indicate whether you want to edit the testing schedule and then return to stability study after editing.
Choose
Yes
.
The screen for changing the testing schedule appears.
On the
Item Overview
tab, select an item and then choose the
Item
tab.
Detailed information for the item is displayed.
In the
Inspection plan
screen area, choose
Select inspection plan
.
A selection screen appears in which you can further limit which inspection plans are displayed.
Enter your selection criteria and then choose
Execute
.
A list of inspection plans meeting your selection criteria is displayed. These inspection plans have the same strategy assigned to them as the one assigned to this testing schedule. For each inspection plan in the list, the list also shows the operations with the assigned packages.
Select an inspection plan and then choose
Select inspection plan
.
The data for selected inspection plan is copied into the appropriate fields of the
Item
tab.
Repeat steps 5 through 8 to assign an inspection plan to each of the remaining items in the testing schedule.
Save your entries.
The screen for changing the stability study appears.
You have assigned an inspection plan to each storage condition. You can now complete the testing schedule .
