Completing the Stability StudyYou can complete a stability study in the following ways:
You complete the stability study as originally planned (that is, you have performed and completed all planned stability tests for the duration of the stability study).
You cancel the stability study prematurely, with no intention of continuing the study.
You deactivate the stability study for an indefinite period of time, with the option of reactivating and continuing the study at a later date.
When you complete a stability study, the system:
Sets the user status
Completed
in the study, which cannot be revoked and which prevents any other statuses from being set.
Deactivates the testing schedule
Locks all physical samples that belong to the study (initial sample and stability samples)
If open inspection lots still exist, you must cancel or forcibly complete these lots.
You can only complete a stability study if no open test dates exist in the testing schedule (that is, dates that have not been called, confirmed, or skipped).
You call up the stability study for processing.
You execute a corresponding follow-up function in the action box to either complete , cancel , or deactivate the stability study.
If you:
Completed or cancelled the study, you remove the stability samples from storage
Deactivated the study, you do not remove the stability samples from storage. You remove the samples from storage only after you have reactivated the study, performed all stability tests, and completed the stability study.
The stability study process is completed.
