Call the Patient Appointments MED of the desired patient.

Select an entry, and then choose (Cancel).

The system displays the Cancel dialog box.

Depending on the selected entry, the system will offer the corresponding object and relevant objects for cancellation.

You select the optionally offered objects and enter a cancellation reason and a responsible employee (EmR).

Confirm the cancellation by choosing (Continue).
