Implementation Considerations
Within the clinical work station in i.s.h.med the progress documentation is available, in addition to the outpatient clinic folder with outpatient notes and the inpatient progress report with progress notes and nursing notes, for entering and displaying notes concerning the treatment progress of a patient. If you have configured the i.s.h.med progress documentation, this replaces the outpatient clinic folder with outpatient notes and the inpatient progress report with progress notes and nursing notes.
