In template management you create task, profile and situation templates. These objects form the basis for the task list of the documentation work station as well as for the task catalog. Functionality also includes the editing of base and info items.

For SAP Ambulatory Care Management, on the SAP Easy Access screen choose Start of the navigation path Hospital Next navigation step Ambulatory Care Management Next navigation step Treatment Next navigation step Template Management Documentation Work Station End of the navigation path.

For the surgery work station, on the SAP Easy Access screen choose Start of the navigation path Clinical System Next navigation step Basic Clinical Data Next navigation step Surgery System Next navigation step OR Documentation Next navigation step Template Management for Surgery Work Station End of the navigation path.

The application comprises the following areas:

  • Edit task, profile and situation templates of a work area

  • Edit Base Items

  • Edit Info Items

You can switch between the areas by clicking the correspondingly labeled function buttons.

Edit Task, Profile, and Situation Templates

This part of the application is used to manage the following object types:

Structure of Situation and Profile Templates

Situation templates can contain task and profile templates. Profile templates can contain task templates. The contained templates must belong to the same work area as the containing template or to the General work area.

Task and profile templates which should be used in several work areas must be created in the General work area.
