Profile templates bundle task templates and can be elements of situation templates.

Profile templates appear in the Task Template Selection dialog. When you select a profile template, its task templates are transferred into the task list of the situation. Objects are not created from the profile templates themselves.

Here you can edit the name, use, validity and contact person.

The Available in Selection indicator determines whether the profile template is displayed in the Selection of Task Templates dialog.

You use Validity to determine the time period in which profile templates can be assigned. If a situation template, which contains invalid profile templates, is assigned to a patient, the system does not take into account the invalid profile templates when creating the tasks.

The Selection of Task Templates dialog contains only valid profile templates.

Information

Here you can store information which may interest the user of a profile template. This text is displayed in the Selection of Task Templates dialog. This text is not accessible from the task list.

Structure

The ID and names of the task templates of a profile template are displayed as a tree.

You can add or remove task templates. A profile template must contain at least one task template so that it can be activated.
