Features

  • Maintain Search Field Label

In this IMG activity, you define shortcuts and customer-specific alternate search field names that can be used in the drug search.

    Example Example

If you define the abbreviation H for the search field name Brand Name, users can use this abbreviation together with an abbreviation indicator (e.g. / ) for the drug search from the compressed view of the medication order.

    End of the example.
  • Maintain Grouping Attributes

In this IMG activity you determine the grouping criteria for the presentation of drugs in the drug search. Here you define which grouping criteria should be available to the user. Users can then use this grouping criteria in their user-specific presettings to determine the grouping of search results.

  • Maintain Template Grouping Areas

In this IMG activity, you determine grouping criteria for order templates. The grouping criteria are supplied values, e.g. diagnoses and organizational units (OUs). You can use the grouping criteria determined within the user-specific presettings to apply specific grouping behavior for the order templates for your results list in the drug search.

    Example Example

The user defines the grouping of his order templates according to the OUs. In the search results list the system displays a folder which represents the relevant OU. Below this folder the system displays all order templates and groups which are assigned to this OU at master data level.

    End of the example.
  • Maintain User-Specific Presettings

The user-specific presettings enable you to customer-specifically design the drug search behavior.
