Adaptation of Graph Display for all Graph Types
There are various adaptation functions available for the graph display. The functions can be accessed via the mouse and the pushbutton toolbar.
The following functions are available for controlling and adjusting the graph display:
Expand/Collapse Graph
If you click the arrow pointing to the right at the left edge of a graph's header bar, the system expands the graph.
If you click the arrow pointing down at the left edge of a graph's header bar, the system collapses the graph.
Rearrange Graphs
You can change the position of the various graphs by selecting the header bar of a graph and moving the graph to another position while pressing the left mouse button.
Remove Graph
If you click
(Remove Chart Element (DEL)
) in a graph's header bar, the system removes the graph from the current chart layout display.
Expand/Zoom Graph with Mouse Button
You can expand the graphs by holding the mouse pointer over a graph and turning the mouse wheel. This adjusts the zoom level. The highest zoom level is reached with the display of 1 day / 6 hours on the time axis. This also modifies the time period focus in the time bar navigation area.
Move Graphs Horizontally
You can move the graphs on the time axis by selecting one of the graphs and moving it to the left or right in the graph area while pressing the left mouse button. At the same time, you also move the time period focus and the displayed value range (if this exists).
Adapt Graph Horizontally and Vertically
You can restore all graph values on the x-axis and y-axis in a visible area, by clicking
(Compress Graph to All Axes (A)
) in the header bar of the graph.
Note
Note that the system automatically saves some layout changes. For further information, see Automatic Memorizing of Layout Changes.
