Object documentationStandard Chart Layout

You can define standard chart layouts in Smart Chart.

The following settings apply for the standard chart layout:

  • In Customizing you must define a system-wide standard chart layout. This standard chart layout is loaded the first time a patient is called. You configure the system-wide standard chart layout under Start of the navigation path SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Component Clinical System Next navigation step Smart UI Next navigation step Patient Profile Next navigation step Patient Record Next navigation step Smart Chart Next navigation step Activate Chart, Determine Standard Layout End of the navigation path.

  • In Customizing you can also define a chart layout for each organizational unit (OU), for example for departments, and make it available as an OU-specific standard layout. The OU-specific standard chart layout takes precedence over the system-wide standard chart layout. If you do not define an OU-specific standard chart layout, Smart Chart uses the system-wide standard chart layout for the relevant OU. You configure the OU-specific standard chart layout under Start of the navigation path SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Component Clinical System Next navigation step Smart UI Next navigation step Patient Profile Next navigation step Patient Record Next navigation step Smart Chart Next navigation step Define Standard Chart Layout for OU End of the navigation path.

Smart Chart displays standard chart layouts in the following order of priority:

  1. User-specific standard chart layout

  2. OU-specific standard chart layout

  3. System-wide standard chart layout
