You can use this program to calculate service charges based on fixed unit prices for rental objects with own or common meters, and distribute the consumption costs between the tenants or vacant objects. You assign these rental objects to settlement units as described in Maintaining Master Data for Distribution of Consumption Costs .
In case of own meters, the system calculates the consumption from the meter readings of the individual meters.
In case of common meters, the system calculates the consumption from the meter readings of the meters assigned to the settlement unit.
The consumption costs are calculated and distributed according to the corresponding fixed unit prices, consumption sharing, and price calculating methods settled in the Maintain Fixed Unit Price transaction.
This is a special service charge settlement program based on fixed unit prices. It is not based on actual costs. The system forwards the results of the program to the standard service charge settlement , which then generates a standard settlement necessary for subsequent processes like correspondence .
The standard service charge settlement is a necessary step and you must execute it also for all settlement units for which the service charge settlement based on fixed unit prices is set.

transaction does not find the costs calculated by this transaction.

The output of the report is a configurable ALV list, which lists the distributed consumptions and costs.
