You can use this evaluation to find objects that have not been involved in an appraisal. If you are in Edit mode, you can then prepare and hold appraisals for the objects selected.
Choose
You can also evaluate appraisals in Display mode from the
structural display for an organizational unit
. You do this by choosing
. The person you selected is proposed as the
appraisee.
The
Reporting Options for Appraisals
screen appears.
Select the
With no appraisal
flag.
Some selection criteria change statuses.
For further information on selection criteria, refer to Evaluating Objects Without Appraisals .
If you want to evaluate objects without appraisals and also all existing appraisals, select both the
With no appraisal
flag and the
Display existing
flag.
Specify at least one appraiser or appraisee
.
You can select more than one object if you wish.
If you specify selection criteria in both the
Appraiser
and
Appraisee
fields, the operator
AND
applies. In this case, all possible combinations of the appraiser
and
appraisee are evaluated.
If necessary, specify more selection criteria.
Choose

Reporting Options for Appraisals
screen appears.
The system displays a list of all objects that have and, if applicable, that have not been involved in appraisals. The status is displayed accordingly for each object.

To display the ID of the objects, and the object types, choose
If the results list contains objects with statuses other than
With no appraisal
, you can perform all of the functions listed in the topic
Appraisal Evaluations
on these objects.
