 Entering Infrastructure Characteristics

Use

You can use infrastructure characteristics to more exactly describe real estate objects of the usage view, such as, by entering the distance to the nearest train station. You can use this data to search for or sort master data, both in the real estate search and in Land Use Management .

Prerequisites

You made the necessary settings in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) . Choose Start of the navigation path Master Data Next navigation step Usage View Next navigation step General Settings for Multiple Object Types of the Usage View Next navigation step Infrastructure Characteristics. Procedure

  1. You are processing an object in the usage view, such as a building .

    Choose the Infrastructure tab page.

    Note Note

    When processing rental objects, you find these functions on the Additional Data tab page in the Infrastructure group box. Rental objects adopt these characteristics from the land they are assigned to.

  2. Choose with the quick info text Insert Row .

    The system adds a row where you can select various characteristics.

  3. From the dropdown list, choose the characteristics that best describe the parcel, and save.

  4. Save your data.
