(RE-FX) integrates your company’s internal view with the public and legal view of land management. You can depict land registers, parcels and other public registers, link to other master data objects, set up contracts, and run reports.
The land register contains entries about ownership relationships and legal relationships:

Encumbrances and restrictions
Liens and mortgages
The real estate cadaster describes the individual parcels in detail. This includes information on:
Assignments to the different parcel maps
Different addresses
Various views of areas based on overlays and classification types
The accompanying infrastructure
Aspects of site development
Owners
Planned, actual, and contractual usage
Note
Both in the land register and the parcel, you can reference parcels or land registers that are not entered in the system as master data. You have to make the necessary settings for this in Customizing.
In addition, you can map all other public registers, such as, development planning, site protection, notices of assessment, and municipal fee notices.
