Use

This function displays the result of the functions for order generation and deleting order items . For example, the overview indicates the number of contracts for which orders could not be created, and the details explain why this was the case.

The log lists the T100 messages that were displayed during order generation and when deleting order items. You can modify the log to meet your company's requirements (see below).

Prerequisites

You can configure the log overview in the order generation log in the Customizing settings for Media Product Sales and Distribution under  SAP Media Media Sales and Distribution Media Product Sales and Distribution (Retail) Sales Order Generation Log, or alternatively, in Customizing forSeries Sales and Distribution under  SAP Media Media Sales and Distribution Series Sales and Distribution Sales Order Generation Log . You also configure the log of order generation in Customizing for Media Product Sales and Distribution.

First, you define the statuses , which you can then assign to individual messages ( T100 messages) in the next step. Each time the message in question occurs in order generation, the status is noted for the message. You then define calculation rules that are used to evaluate the statuses. You assign the calculation rule to the log overview in the last configuration step.

You can configure the log overview in such a way that the number of statuses is calculated. For example, this allows you to determine the number of order items created with and without errors.

If you want to display all the messages for a log, select it in the Log column.
