Assigning a Function Module to a Dangerous Goods Check Method

Procedure

  1. In Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management , call the IMG activity Specify Dangerous Goods Check Methods .

    The Change View "Specify Dangerous Goods Check Methods": Overview screen appears.

    Note Note

    For the check method for the completeness check (or the function module HAZMAT_CHK_VARIOUS) you must enter sequence 1 in each check schema. If you want to change this function module, you must enter sequence 1 for the function module you changed.

  2. Enter the following data:

    Assigns the function module to the check method.

Note Note

If required, assign the following check method types to the function modules:

Check method type 01 , if it is a check method that determines an indicator on the basis of which, for example, texts can be printed on a transport document. When the dangerous goods checks are called during the course of indicator determination for dangerous goods documents/EDI in the shipment document, only these check methods in the check schema are processed.

Check method type 02 , so that header check methods (such as mixed loading checks ) are recognized as such.

Check method type 03 , so that header initialization check methods are recognized as such.

Check method type 04 , so that DG mixed packing check methods are recognized as such.

Check method type 05 , so that DG header mixed packing check methods are recognized as such (for example, Simplified Mixed Packing Checks ).

Check method type 06 , so that DG packaging check methods are recognized as such.

Check method type 07 , so that DG header packaging check methods are recognized as such.
