Pre-Flex and Post-Flex Salary Report (RPUFBNFLEXSALARY)

Use

You run the Pre-Flex and Post-Flex Salary Report for Flexible Benefits GB to display the Pre-Flex Salary and Post-Flex Salary for individual employees, or for groups of employees.

You can also download the report output into an Excel format for further manipulation as necessary.

Report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY is designed so that you can easily produce salary data for your employees on request. Often, employees will need an official salary statement from you when they apply for loans, mortgages, and so on. At present, an employee's infotype Basic Pay (0008) record stores only the employee's basic salary, and does not hold values for Flexible Benefits GB Pre- and Post-Flex salaries.

Therefore, you run this report to generate Pre- and Post-Flex salary data, although it is usually the Post-Flex salary information that is required for lenders.

Report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY can be run via ABAP reporting or by using the transaction HRFBNFLEXSALARY .

Integration

Report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY calls the function module HR_FBN_COST_SUMMARY_CALC to produce the Pre-Flex and Post-Flex salary data.

Features

Selection Screen

Key Date Group Box

You select the date for which you wish to run report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY in this group box. You can select either the current system date or specify your own key date.

Selection Group Box

Use this group box to select your employees for the report run. You can determine the on-screen selection criteria for this report by choosing the Further selections option located above the Key Date Group Box, and specifying your required selection criteria using the tool provided.

Additional Selection Group Box

You can further refine your selection criteria using benefit area and program groupings, in the Additional Selection Group Box.

Program grouping is a means of identifying a group of employees with common characteristics in order to determine the benefits program available for that group (macro-eligibility) on a high level. The GB FlexBens system sorts employees into first and second program groupings during processing, according to the corresponding feature. The program grouping to which an employee belongs is stored in infotype General Benefits Information (0171).

Output

Report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY produces an ABAP List Viewer output, containing the following data:

Employee number
Employee's full name
Pre-Flex salary
Post-Flex salary
Currency

You can also download the report output into an Excel format for further manipulation as necessary.

Activities

Choose the Pre-Flex and Post-Flex Salary Report for Flexible Benefits GB

The selection screen for this report appears.

In the Group Box Key date , select the key date for which you wish to run report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY.
In the Group Box Selection , specify your required report selection criteria.
In the Group Box Additional selection , specify any further selection criteria you require.
Execute report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY.
