Insurance Plan Costs for Flexible Benefits GB (RPUFBN04)

You run report RPUFBN04 to generate the following data for specified GB Flexible Benefits Insurance Plans, for any given date:

Report RPUFBN04 can be run via ABAP reporting or by using the transaction HRFBN0074 .

Features

Selection

The selection screen for the Insurance Plan Costs for Flexible Benefits GB report has the following features:

Key Date Group Box

Use the Key date group box to select the date for which you wish to run report RPUFBN04.

Selection Group Box

Use the Personnel Number field in this group box to select your required employees for inclusion in the report. You can also specify additional selection criteria by using the Further selections option.

Additional Selection Group Box

In this group box, use the available F4 or multiple selection options to restrict data selection using the following parameters:

Benefit area

First Program grouping

Second Program grouping

Benefit plan

You must select a Benefit area to run report RPUFBN04.

Output

The Insurance Plan Costs report outputs the following information, sorted according to payment frequency:

NI Cost Neutrality Amount

Employee cost/credit

Provider costs

Employee cost centre

The report output is displayed using ABAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control. This allows you to change the layout of the list interactively using any of the available fields.

Activities

  1. Choose the Insurance Plan Costs for Flexible Benefits GB report (RPUFBN04).

The selection screen for this report appears.

  1. Specify the date for which you wish to run the report in the Key date group box.
  2. Use the Personnel Number field in the Selection group box to select your required employees for inclusion in the report.

You can also specify additional selection criteria by using the Further selections option.

  1. Specify any additional selection criteria using the Additional selection group box.

You must maintain the selection parameter Benefit area in this group box.

  1. Execute report RPUFBN04.
  2. To display more details for any particular employee from the report RPUFBN04 output screen:

(a) Select the line of the report output corresponding to the personnel number you wish to view.

(b) Choose the Details menu option in the screen header bar.

A pop-up window appears containing more detailed information for your selected personnel number.
