Costs/Contributions for Miscellaneous Plans GB (RPUFBN15)

Use

You run report RPUFBN15 to generate the following data for specified GB Flexible Benefits Miscellaneous Plans, for any given date:

  • standard costs (values)
  • flexed costs (values)
  • employee costs
  • employee credits

This report also generates data on the respective employee and employer contributions within GB FlexBens pension plans, and so would be used as the Provider Report for the Pension Provider.

Report RPUFBN15 can be run via ABAP reporting or by using the transaction HRFBN0085 .

Features

Selection

The selection screen for the Costs/Contributions for Miscellaneous Plans GB report has the following features:

Key Date Group Box

Use the Key date group box to select the date for which you wish to run report RPUFBN15 .

Selection Group Box

Use the Personnel Number field in this group box to select your required employees for inclusion in the report. You can also specify additional selection criteria using the Further selections option.

Additional Selection Group Box

In this group box, use the available F4 or multiple selection options to restrict data selection using the following parameters:

Benefit area

First Program grouping

Second Program grouping

Benefit plan

You must select a Benefit area to run report RPUFBN15.

Output

Report RPUFBN15 outputs the following data, sorted according to payment frequency:

  • Benefit plan
  • Employee
  • Plan option
  • EE contri. %/flat*
  • ER contri. %/flat*
  • Standard value
  • Flexed value
  • Cost difference
  • NI Cost Neutrality Amount
  • Employee cost/credit
  • Provider costs
  • Additional unit number*
  • Additional unit*
  • Coverage amount
  • Employee cost centre
  • Pension rule type*
  • EE contribution*
  • ER contribution*

The fields marked * are only displayed if supported by the plan.

The total contributions for each plan within each payment period, and also the grand total, are displayed.

The report output is displayed using ABAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control. This allows you to change the layout of the list interactively using any of the available fields.

Activities

  1. Choose the Costs/Contributions for Miscellaneous Plans GB (RPUFBN15) report.

The selection screen for this report appears.

  1. Specify the date for which you wish to run the report in the Key date group box.
  2. Use the Personnel Number field in the Selection group box to select your required employees for inclusion in the report.

You can also specify additional selection criteria by using the Further selections option.

  1. Specify any additional selection criteria using the Additional selection group box.

You must maintain the selection parameter Benefit area in this group box.

  1. Execute report RPUFBN15.
  2. To display more details for any particular employee from the report RPUFBN15 output screen:
    1. Select the line of the report output corresponding to the personnel number you wish to view.
    2. Choose the Details menu option in the screen header bar.

A pop-up window appears containing more detailed information for your selected personnel number.
