Report RPUFBN70 can be run either via ABAP reporting or by running the transaction HRFBNHOLIDAY .

Selection Screen

The selection screen for report RPUFBN70 has the following features:

Selection Group Box

Use this group box to specify your required report selection criteria.

Additional Data Group Box

You can use the indicator Benefit area to further refine your selection criteria.

You use the date fields to specify the dates of the holiday year.

If required, you can maintain the field Leave type (C/F) to specify the leave type carried forward from the previous holiday year.

Output

The following data are outputted by the Holiday Report for Flexible Benefits GB in a customisable ABAP List Viewer (ALV) format:

  • Employee Cost Centre
  • Employee Name
  • Employee Personnel Number
  • Pre-flex Annual Holiday Entitlement
  • Annual Leave Carried Forward from Previous Year
  • Holiday Bought
  • Holiday Sold
  • New Post Flex Annual Holiday Entitlement
  • Annual Salary

Activities

  1. Choose the Holiday Report for Flexible Benefits GB.

The selection screen for this report appears.

  1. Use the fields within the Selection group box to specify your required report selection criteria.
  2. Within the Additional Data group box, using the F4 helps provided:
    1. If required, maintain the field Benefit area to further restrict your selection criteria.
    2. Maintain the fields Holiday Year valid from and end date to specify the begin and end dates of the holiday year.
    3. If required, maintain the field Leave type (C/F) to specify the leave type carried forward from the previous holiday year.
