Processing Agreements for Performance-RelatedRemuneration
Use
In this section, you specify agreements for performance-related remuneration . The different levels of a remuneration are presented in hierarchy (overview) trees. The last level shows the conditions of the commission contract partner, with a differentiation being made between the standard commission rate and the individual commission rate.
Prerequisites
You have defined the standard agreements for performance-related remuneration in Customizing for
Commissions
and assigned them to a standard contract.
Procedure
Under
StdAgrmnt No.
use the value help to choose a standard agreement for performance-related remuneration. The system displays all valid standard agreements that have been assigned to the standard contract upon which this commission contract is based.In the
selection
column, select the selection button.
The agreement contains a temporary individual agreement number and the structure of the conditions is displayed in the area
Individual Agreements.
Now you can create individual records for each condition. Double-click on the required node.
The system displays the following dialog box:
Create Commission Contract: Maintain Condition Values.
Under
Amount
, enter the individual condition record. For more information, see
Condition Technique
.
Once your entries for creating the commission contract are complete, set the indicator in the header data for saving the contract actively.
Save your entries.
Result
The individual agreement for performance-related remuneration receives a non-temporary agreement number, and the condition records that you created become valid for this commission contract.
Note
If a record is deleted from a standard agreement, for which there is an individual record, this is no longer displayed in the commission contract, and is ignored during settlement.
If a remuneration type occurs more than once in the contract (in different agreements), it is also settled more than once.
