The Workforce Viewer provides an employee role under Employee Self-Service (ESS). Employees can search for other peers in the organization and navigate the organizational structure. Employees can view their own and other peers’ reporting lines.

Manager

The Workforce Viewer provides a manager role under Manager Self-Service (MSS). Managers can carry out management and administrative tasks for reporting employees. The manager can perform various tasks on the selected employees, view different organizational units (OrgUnits), and check for different positions held by employees.

HR Professional

The Workforce Viewer provides an HR professional role under Personnel & Organization. The HR professional can check for all the positions and sub-organizational units under the relevant organizational unit. They can also drill down to any level of the OrgUnits, positions, or employees to perform role-based tasks.
