This system parameter defines the number of threads reserved to the Stateless Message Service
in each rater and dispatcher instance of the SAP CC Core Server system. These services support the public Online Stateless Rating Services
provided by SAP Convergent Charging.
The SAP CC Core Server system verifies the following constraints:
