This system parameter specifies the maximum time (in milliseconds) to be used by the SAP CC system for sending the spending status report to the registered client application or system. When this time is out, the connection fails.
Note
If the value for this parameter is too small, the rater instance may not be able to connect to the client application or system.
The SAP CC Core Server system verifies the following constraints:
| Instance Type | Constraint |

| Rater instances |
The parameter must be greater than or equal to

It enables to report to a registered client application or system when the label value of a monitored spending status has changed (e.g. during customer service consumption). The client application or system is customized to support this function.
Consult the SAP CC Application Help (aka SAP CC Library) for more information about the monitoring process and the spending status monitoring function.
Consult the SAP CC Implementation and Configuration Guide for more information about the implementation activities of the monitoring and the support of the spending status monitoring function.
