Definition

The maximum size for the files of the destination fileset #2 before rotation

Description and Use

This parameter defines the maximum size for the file#2 logging destination file(s).

Caution

If no value is set for this parameter, the value of the "ld.file2.size" system property located in the startup configuration file (jstart.config) of the instance is used instead.
If this system property is not set, the "200M" value is used instead.

Syntax and Constraints

The value is composed of a positive integer (mandatory) and a unit (optional).

The available values for unit are: 'K', 'M', 'G' for Kilo, Mega, Giga. If no unit is specified, the selected unit is byte.

Examples

116856, 2400K, 5M, 1G

Note there is no space char between the quantity and the unit.
