The listening IP address for multicast services

Description and Use

This system parameter defines the listening IP address for multicast services. The multicast services are used by the updater instance in an internal way to reach all the rater and guider instances. Such services are not available for clients. Each rater or guider instance uses this IP address to bind its multicast services.
