This system parameter defines the maximum number of requests (per second) that each rater instance can process when executing operations of the "Allowance Management" Web service. This system parameter controls the impact of these operations on the global performance of the system.
The maximum throughput must greater than or equal to 0 (0 corresponding to the maximum possible throughput).
