Syntax
The contract item "{chargingContractItemId}" at index {chargingContractItemIndex} already refers to a plan class "{originalPlanClassId}" (type: {originalPlanClassType}) and cannot
be changed to refer to the refill plan class "{newRefillPlanClassId}" at the same time.

- {newRefillPlanClassId}: The other ID of a refill plan class to be referenced; This ID is specified in the operation request
