This warning is fired to prevent problem of counter snapshot insertion in database (ie: log message 390). The size of this counter snapshot has just reached 75% of the maximum size of a counter snapshot.
Possible Impacts
If nothing is done, a following counter snapshot will reach the maximum size of a counter snapshot and the rerating service will be compromised.
