The frequency (in seconds) of heartbeat operations sent to the Core Database

Description

This system parameter defines the frequency (in seconds) of "heartbeat" operations that are sent to the Core Database.

To enable heartbeat operations on the Core Database, set a value that is greater than 30 seconds.

To disable heartbeat operations on the Core Database, set the value to 0.
