Parameter: LDF1_ENABLED

Definition

Enables/disables the fileset #1 as possible destination for log messages and trace messages

Description

This system parameter specifies if the logging destination fileset #1 is enabled (true) or disabled (false) as destination for log messages ( factory settings ) and/or trace messages.

This file destination can be used to record entries from different events: Business processing logs, system processing logs, and traces. You can add this fileset #1 to the following destination settings:

• Destination for business processing logs: LS_APP_DESTINATION
• Destination for system processing logs: LS_SYS_DESTINATION
• Destination for traces: LS_TRC_DESTINATION

You can set up the file output format , the file path, name, and extension , the maximum file size before rotation , and the number of files available for the rotations .
