The multicast IP address for the internal discovery service

Description

This system parameter defines the multicast address used by a dispatcher to inform the other instances about its availability and connection parameters. This address can be:

• A Class D IPv4 multicast address, including addresses from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255 (or equivalently, 224.0.0.0/4) which are specified in the RFC 3171 specification
• An IPv6 multicast address, having the prefix ff00::/8 as specified in the RFC 2375 specification
