Indicator: ACTIVATION_LAST_TRIGGER
Definition
Description
This indicator gives the last date when the activation of all the subscriber accounts was triggered by an SAP CC user by using the SAP CC Admin+ user interface (individual/human user) or by using another front-end application (service/technical user) that is connected to the appropriate technical interface provided by SAP CC. You can use the audit function to monitor these operation requests.
This indicator takes into account both the activation on provider contracts (customer master data) and the activation on subscriptions (customer master data).
Note
This indicator does not take into account the activation process internally triggered by the activation scheduler of the SAP CC system.
